Come back later
monochrome jekyll island

Jekyll Island on the coast of Georgia is a very photogenic place, most especially the north end of the island. The foliage, tide, and currents conspire to litter the beach with driftwood perpetually, providing plenty for a nature photographer to work with.

My one trip to this locale was too constrained in time to come back at sunset or sunrise — frustrating, because I knew how much the light could contribute to the images I could capture at those times. I'll be back.
