Most of the images on this site are taken directly from my transparency stock, a growing catalog of natural, scenic, and wildlife photos. The film ranges from Fuji Provia 100 (F), through Velvia (100F), Astia, and Kodak E100SW and VS. I also produce high-resolution digital images with a variety of cameras. I've been shooting the past several years with an eye towards stock usage within a variety of markets and applications, and try to concentrate on simple compositions with some emphasis towards single-subject-within-scene (as shown in most of my header images).
Upon request, I can provide example slides in 35 and 70mm dupes, tearsheets, flyers, brief stock lists, and a self-running CD catalog.
If you have interests in any image seen on this site, would like to see more, or have something specific in mind, drop me a line at this e-mail link, and let me know what you're most interested in. Include your address if requesting any market materials, or your phone number if you have a more pressing need — I'll generally get back to you within a day or so, if I'm not in the field.
I'm based in Hillsborough, North Carolina, and can arrange for commissioned work within the Southeastern United States if needed. I travel whenever I get the opportunity, so let me know if there's a specific area you're after — I may already have been, or planning to go soon. I do not require photographer's fees if I can achieve the image you're after while out on a trip anyway.
I'm especially interested in natural history, conservation, and environmental publications, but usage in other commercial concerns is not prohibited. Digitally enhanced or combined images are also available. Please note that I've purposely avoided enhancement for the images on this site, except where specifically noted, to provide the closest rendition of my stock.
I hope I can be of assistance, and look forward to hearing from you!
