Yes, you.
Have you eaten your moths today?
I have tons of photos to post, but little time and motivation at the moment, so a quick one from the most recent outing, as a dragonfly was backlit by the sun – I cropped tight to bright out those wing details.
More to come, just don’t embarrass us both by asking when…
… on a dark and stormy road – no, that’s not right at all. It was a clear and warm evening, but it was when we first saw The Monster.
Well, not exactly monstrous in appearance, anyway…
Stopping into work for a trivial task, I found a note on one of the vehicles that said someone had seen a kitten sheltering underneath –
The lead image for the previous post, the infra-red-yet-kinda-beige one? Well, there was no intention of making it match the background color of the blog I was just tweaking the color register away from the washed out blue-grey of the original file, and found that I liked it as a bit richer than sepia tone. The photo editor of course does not have the same background as the blog,
Yes, it’s been postless around here for a few days – just one of those weeks, when the time and the desire to post were not coinciding. That’s changing a little, so right now, we have a single image to lead the way, with more to come, hopefully tonight, but within 24 hours anyway. Do things look different around here? They should – or perhaps not, if you delayed seeing this for too long and I actually got around to making the changes that I’d been hoping to. Yet as I type this, enough has been changed/corrected/altered/muddled/permitted/unborked to move forward, but I’ll let Noisy Al explain it:
Walkabout podcast – New host
The WordPress White Screen
I have more than a couple of images to feature here, soonish, waiting on a little more time to write things up. They will be along eventually, but they may be delayed until after I’ve completed a large project, which is moving the site to a new host.
Which also means that things might go a little screwy, on the blog or on the main site itself, but anything should be rectified in a day or two.
Given the topic of the previous post, I feel obligated to get a start on this month with an image that embodies incredible depth, poignancy, and insight.
Don’t believe me? Check out the nails on girlfriend here.
You just know she’s going to start complaining loudly that the price that came up at the register was way higher than it said on the shelf…
