The hawks are easy to spot because they&#8217;re anything but quiet about it, as indicated by the open mouths.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m fairly certain the perched one here is the same female I&#8217;ve photographed in the past <a href=\"http:\/\/wading-in.net\/walkabout\/2011\/02\/cue-barry-white\/\" target=\"_blank\">couple<\/a> of <a href=\"http:\/\/wading-in.net\/walkabout\/2012\/03\/miss-me\/\" target=\"_blank\">years<\/a> (her belly, seen in shots not good enough to keep this time, is distinctively red overall,) but the flying male appears new.
