I would have known that, had I checked my calendar, because today is <strong>National Fail To Produce a Necessary Illustration Day<\/strong>, a holiday that has victimized much bigger people than I, among them Annie Leibovitz and Theodor Geisel. I could have spent the time working on a podcast or finalizing next year&#8217;s weekly topic instead, but now that time&#8217;s all wasted. So let that be a lesson to you<strong>:<\/strong> always check the calendar before engaging in some creative activity, because there&#8217;s only so much inspiration that you might have, and when it&#8217;s gone it&#8217;s gone.
