In my defense**, it&#8217;s been a busy week and especially weekend, with too many simultaneous things vying for attention, and so I missed this and looked like*** an idiot.<\/p>\n<p>So, another abstract for the real end of the month, and in like vein, another older scan &#8211; I could roughly date the slide this came from but I&#8217;m not going to. It probably falls within this century, anyway.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wading-in.net\/walkabout\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/BGLeaves.jpg\" alt=\"backlit oak leaves in process of changing color for autumn\" width=\"750\" height=\"494\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-41797\" \/><br clear=\"all\"\/>I used this for the background of a few different things, quite some time ago, and in fact it shows up in the <a href=\"https:\/\/wading-in.net\/Sets\/Leafset.html\" target=\"_blank\">Leaves Set<\/a> gallery, albeit reversed from this.
