Early one morning high up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, the thick fog (actually, I think I was in a cloud) was receding slowly and letting through the first serious attempts at sunlight. While this looks like frost, it's simply dew, backlit by the glow that would eventually become direct sunshine. The webbing seen here would typically have been just about invisible without the clinging humidity.
