Let’s have some plants

I have a small collection of plant images from around the Estates, so we’re finally getting to those now, before we have more critters.

I mentioned previously about the new hibiscus (Malvaceae) plant, and so we’ll concentrate on the part that everyone thinks about when they think ‘hibiscus,’ except for Hawai’i and hula dancers and all that stuff.

Updating the anoles

For reasons unknown, I keep going throughout the weekdays without really feeling like posting, even when (as now) I have a selection of photos to put up, as well as a couple of other topics that I could tackle. Instead, I let myself get involved in other projects, which is fine, they need doin’, but makes the posts rather sporadic and clustered.

A twofer today, in more ways than one. While looking through the image folders to see what was going to qualify, I couldn’t fully decide, so I settled for two to feature for October.
