We’re sliding backwards a bit to 2011 here, solely because this was taken on this date back then. This is Kaylee, only about six months old here, with her christmas gift, and while she seems quite enamored of her stuffed toy, check the ears – she’s kicking the living hell out of it. Which was the intention, so it’s cool. For no more than two days she considered

Just because, part 48
I have a few things to get done, and a few more clips to capture to flesh out a planned video, so we’re just gonna have a couple of placeholders in here, okay?
[Plowing ahead without waiting for an answer]

Still works
I mentioned more photos, and I deliver! Before christmas, even.
First off, we continue the thread of finding things, with this little discovery:

Having my fun
And, I admit, showing off at the same time.
First off, I never expected to be away from the blog so long, but it’s been a surprisingly busy several days, coupled with a minor digestive ailment which tended to sap my creativity. “Okay,” you’re thinking, “but what does that have to do with your writing or photography?” Don’t lie to me I know
More meaningless milestones
… but at least, this gives me the excuse to post something furry.
A year ago, The Girlfriend heard something crying outside the open window one night, which led to the discovery that we had four abandoned, semi-feral kittens hanging around. The capture and taming of them was chronicled here, and
