Lovely spring flowers… um…

Actually, it’s nice not to have all of the color coming up in May. A few of these I grabbed in passing, and a few I specifically set out the other morning to immortalize.

We’ll start with the ginger lily (Hedychium coronarium,) which we obtained years ago in an effort to make more of a habitat for the Carolina anoles, something that now sounds amusing when I say it.

Too much today

It’s been far too busy a day today, and while I have numerous photos to do something with, I have no energy nor motivation to do so. But we can’t miss Monster’s anniversay, so wish her a happy fifth from the day we brought her home from living in a parking lot.
