Just imagine if I’d had more time


Insofar as illustrating a manuscript goes, this image isn’t a very good fit, but I happened to like it and it was among the first images that I got for this session, so here it is. This is a black vulture (Coragyps atratus) looking down on us suspiciously as we slipped in underneath.

It’s been a while since I featured something from Ze Frank (or is it zefrank?) and I’m happy to rectify that with this latest offering:

I was originally going to leave it at that and be happy, but two things intervened:

1) I haven’t been posting enough anyway

Let’s kick back again


And so I finally get back to more of the beach trip, but part of the reason for the delay may soon become apparent, especially if you look at the page load times or sizes of some of the images. As I said, fewer pics this time around, largely because I was doing other vacationy things like abusing my muscles and joints, but there still remains plenty to put into this post.
