Finally cleaning out the pics from this past weekend’s two outings, this time concentrating on the birds on a foggy morning. We’ve already gotten a decent impression of how foggy from the previous post about it, so you understand why we have images that look like this:

One of the cats making a lot of noise this morning woke me up far earlier than I ever should have been, given the time that I went to sleep last night/earlier this morning, but once up, I noticed the nice pall of fog out over the pond and went exploring. Those were the conditions at Mason Farm Biological Reserve the other morning, a sunrise session with the Immortal (So Far) Mr Bugg. The temperatures had finally been dropping overnight, becoming actually cool, and this produced some fog in low-lying areas.
